The Ways We Breathe Together.
The Ways We Breathe Together.
BREATHWORK SESSIONS
There's a place for you here. Come on your own, beside someone you love, into a room of others, or away with us on retreat. No matter how you come, you'll be held through every breath.
Every session can run gentle or go deep, slow and restorative or active and intense, and we'll find the right depth together.

Sessions
If your mind never quite switches off, a group breathwork session is one of the simplest ways to set it down. You settle in, we breathe together, guided by me and carried by the music. Nothing to perform, nothing to get right, just the breath doing its work while your nervous system regulates.
Breathing alongside others gives you something doing it alone can't. You feel less alone in whatever you carried in, held by the people around you, free to let go without being watched. Whatever surfaces, I'm with you the whole way. Most who come once keep coming back, and over time a group of strangers becomes a community, breathing through life together.

Just You
and Me
Just You
and Me
One-on-one breathwork is just you and me, in a session built around you. I'll meet you where you are, then we'll work together, gently, toward what you might not feel quite ready to face, because that's usually where the real change waits. We can meet at my space or in your own, somewhere you feel able to let go.
It's the space to go deeper than a group allows, to bring what you'd rather not say in front of strangers, or simply to be properly seen for once. Whatever rises, you won't be alone with it. You have my full attention, start to finish.

Breathing
Partner breathwork is breathing alongside someone you trust, sitting close and face to face. If you've explored tantric practice, some of it will feel familiar: the synced breath, the held gaze, the presence between two people. Breathing in the same rhythm, a shared calm settles over you both, and a closeness opens up that words can't touch.
Come with your partner, a lover, or a friend, or alone and I'll pair you with someone. A chance for couples to reconnect, or for friends to meet in a way conversation can't. Whatever moves between you, I'm the one holding it, so you can both fully let go at the same time.

Some things don't unwind in a single hour. A breathwork workshop gives you a longer stretch to go deeper than a class allows. And a breathwork retreat goes further still: a few days somewhere beautiful, far from your inbox and the noise of your life, where the hours slow, the breath gets long, and you finally have room to come undone a little.
There's a closeness that only forms when you breathe beside the same faces for days, watching them open and opening in return. By the last evening, near-strangers feel like people you've known for years, and you leave with a handful of them who saw you with your guard all the way down. I hold all of it, from the first morning to the last, so all you have to do is arrive and breathe.

Oscar is deeply grounded, instilling in me an essential sense of safety, trust, and care, aiding the release of stored emotions. He remained truly present and engaged in the freeing moments of finally letting go of long-held trauma. I was extremely fortunate to be a participant in his transformative breathwork sessions.

Stored emotions. Finally released.

What is breathwork, and what happens in a session?
What is breathwork, and what happens in a session?
Breathwork covers a range of breathing patterns, each with its own effect on the body. The heart of my practice is connected breathing: deeper and faster than everyday breathing, with no pause between the inhale and the exhale. Kept going for a stretch of time, that rhythm changes the body's chemistry and lets the nervous system drop out of alert mode. A session runs about ninety minutes: we talk briefly, then you settle in, sitting or lying down, and breathe to music while I guide the pace. We close slowly and leave time to land before you head back into your day.
Who shouldn't do breathwork?
Who shouldn't do breathwork?
Breathwork is safe for most people, but not for everyone. Check with your doctor first if you are pregnant, or have ever had epilepsy or seizures, psychosis, or a cardiovascular condition such as high or low blood pressure, heart disease, or stroke. Not sure if something counts? Bring it up on the intro call and we'll look at it together.
Do I need any experience?
Do I need any experience?
None. Most people arrive having never tried it. The breath does the work; you just have to show up.
How intense is it? Will it be too much for me?
How intense is it? Will it be too much for me?
This is your practice, and you stay in charge of it the whole way through. I'll guide you and encourage you to lean in, it's called breathwork for a reason, but if something feels like too much or you'd rather take it easy, you simply soften the breath. The depth is always in your hands.
Will I feel something? What if nothing happens?
Will I feel something? What if nothing happens?
There's nothing you're supposed to feel. The breath can carry you somewhere deep one time and simply leave you calm the next, and now and then very little stirs at all. Every one of those sessions counts the same.
What should I wear, and should I eat beforehand?
What should I wear, and should I eat beforehand?
Loose, comfortable clothes you can move and rest in. Eat light beforehand, a snack a couple of hours ahead is better than arriving full, and skip the caffeine that day if you can. Coffee especially; tea is fine.
Where do sessions happen? Can I do it online?
Where do sessions happen? Can I do it online?
In person only, mostly in Amsterdam. As much as I'd love to reach everyone, through a screen I can't look after you the way this work asks me to, and your safety and support come before everything else. So for now, we breathe in the same room.
What's the free intro call, and am I committing to anything?
What's the free intro call, and am I committing to anything?
It's twenty minutes, by phone or video, whichever suits you. We talk about what's going on for you, I answer your questions, and if it doesn't feel like a fit, that's a perfectly good outcome too.
Can I come with a partner, or do I have to come alone?
Can I come with a partner, or do I have to come alone?
Coming on your own is actually the best way in, with no one familiar beside you, it's easier to surrender fully to the practice. That said, you're welcome to bring a partner or a friend, and for breathing as a pair there's partner breathing, where you can also come solo and be matched with someone. From time to time I run group partner breathing sessions as well.
What's your cancellation policy?
What's your cancellation policy?
You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. Within 48 hours of the start time, the session is charged in full. If something urgent comes up inside that window, reach out and we'll see what's possible.
